Oke it worked, but i messed up the board so i'm now going to make a CLEAN and proper one. Thanks!

Oke, it was the right problem. It worked, and i made a new one, smaller, cleaner.

So then i had my next problems. The buzzer made it's noise. When i pointed my laserpen on the Photocell it stopped. When i broke the laserbeam the buzzer was still silent, and the Transistor became warm. So i disconnected everything, and took the Photocamera again.

As seen, it's compact on a small piece of board without additional wireing.

Photocell to one outer pin of the Potmeter, the other 2 pins connected.

...

Very compact and it's correct (in my world)

Same exact thing as before, the base of the transistor is essentially connected to +9 V (or the wrong end of the trimming potentiometer).

Just move that over to the junction where the CdS cell meets the trimpot. So just remove the connection circled in red and connect that same pin to where the arrow indicates.

And that should fix things up

Well, in that case I don't want to be stupid, But i do exactly as your photo/text tutorial says Oke i'll give it a shot, then i can mass produce it for friends and euh... The Pc? xD

I had a 10K Potmeter, so will it reduce the amount of DB the siren gives?

thx

Oke, problem solved. The wire of the Buzzer breaks very easily, that's bad.

Now make sure to solder the middle pin of the transistor to the two trimpot pins that are connected to each other (3rd/4th picture above)

That is a problem i think, because it has to be connected to the Trimpot-CDS joint? Not the 2 trimpot pins that are connected?

Or do I read Engrish, instead of English.

Right, the connection of the transistor base to the two connected trimpot pins is outdated. Its based off of the 101 Spy Gadgets circuit which would ideally work off of current draws but doesn't work consistantly.

This version of the circuit uses a voltage division between the trimpot and the CdS cell to regulate the voltage to the base of the transistor.

No, the piezoelectric buzzer is a voltage-driven device where the degree of movement is proportional to the applied voltage and direction of movement determined by the polarity of the applied voltage.

It would have nothing to do with the size of the trimpot. Although over time as the battery drains, the buzzer won't sound as loud as it did before. But nothing ever does, right?

Yeah sorry about that! We redid the project and are currently adding it in our new redefined projects section. So bear with us for a little while

So, we help eachother. And if I buy the laser kit here, can it be shipped to Europe?

Well, we haven't done any international orders as of yet but I'll look into it and see if I can set it up
